What is Foot Reflexology?

REFLEXOLOGY is a relaxation technique performed on the feet and hands to improve circulation and nerve function. The practice is based on the concept that specific reflex points correspond to various glands, organs, and systems within the body. Reflexology encourages balance by stimulating these reflex points, allowing the body to heal itself naturally.

A. 30 Minutes

Foot reflexology focuses on your feet and lower legs. We work on every part of your feet and apply deep pressure to reflex points.

B. 45 Minutes

Foot Bath with Chinese Herbs
Procedures: We will soak your feet, and while the feet soak, we will relax your head, neck, arms, and hands. Then, we will start foot reflexology.

C. 60 Minutes

Foot Bath with Chinese Herbs (including 15 minutes of back relaxation) Procedures: We will soak your feet, and while the feet soak, we will relax your head, neck, arms, and hands. Then, we will start foot reflexology. Afterward, you can enjoy back relaxation.

My girlfriends and I decided to try Tai Chi Foot Spa and it was fantastic! We all left saying that we will be back again, again and again! Going to try and get the BF to try it but he's a little freaky about his feet being touched but I honestly think he would experience the therapeutics of a visit! I can’t say enough great things about this place. I didn’t realize it would be a full body experience but with a focus on your feet - I walk out just as relaxed and refreshed as a full body massage but this is even better! Love that they have a frequent customer card too, I’m going for my 5th or 6th time today! Do yourself a favor and try it!

The five stars from everyone speak for itself! Loved the foot massage, but there's more than just the foot massage. The back massage was fantastic, overall an outstanding visit! They give you a massage with your clothes on, wear loose clothing, I had to tell him (Leon) to ease up, he was giving me a deep tissue back massage but i wanted it more mild. I left there feeling fantastic! They are really, really good! I am making this a monthly visit. Our visit yesterday was fantastic!
